At the halfway mark, we stopped in Brecon to celebrate with a round of to-go gins from Hop In Beer & Gin House, complete with rosemary sprigs, grapefruit slices, and black peppercorns. Later that night, we anchored close to the Three Horseshoes Inn, a hilltop gastropub in Groesffordd, and dined on braised leeks, pork belly, and Cornish monkfish in a wooden beach house in the pub's yard.
