Персональная информация

  1. Investment casting is a general term for investment casting technology obtained by investment casting method. A factory engaged in investment casting is called an investment foundry or an investment casting supplier. JC Casting is an investment casting supplier in China. We have our own foundry. The main production techniques are precision casting, sand casting and mechanical processing.
  2. Machining is the process used to cut and manipulate the finished raw material (investment casting blank). This is a great way to ensure precision in unique shapes. Metalworkers use cutting, drilling, forming, grinding, and more to create durable, detailed final machined investment castings. Machining precision casting parts will have higher precision. Machining can be used for investment casting, sand casting machining, die casting machining, forging machining, bar machining, etc. Machining investment casting is also an important part of our casting. We have our own independent mechanical processing factory. As investment casting manufacturers and foundries, we would like to talk about the machining of investment castings.

    Investment casting

Investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, is a manufacturing process in which wax patterns are used to create disposable ceramic molds. Wax patterns are made to the exact shape of the item to be cast. This pattern is coated with refractory ceramic material. After the ceramic material has hardened, it is heated upside down until the wax melts and flows out. The hardened ceramic shell becomes a one-time investment mold. The molten metal is poured into molds and allowed to cool. The metal casting is then removed from the used mold. The term investment casting comes from the process of "cladding" (surrounding) a pattern with refractory material. Investment casting is often chosen over other forming methods because of the fine detail and excellent as-cast surface finish of the resulting castings. They can also be cast with thin walls and complex internal channels. Unlike sand casting, investment casting does not require draft.

    gray iron castings

Industries that use gray iron castings include: agriculture, construction, automotive, construction, electronics, irrigation, machine building, transportation and ventilation. Gray iron castings provide durability, hardness and strength to any operation in which they are used. There are many applications for gray iron castings. As non-combustible building elements, they provide excellent fire protection for wooden support structures. Additionally, their graphite/graphite flake content can be used for energy dissipation in components such as engine blocks and crankshafts, which depend on the damping of mechanical vibrations.
  5. Water glass is in the state of sodium silicate solution. Also known as saponins. Aqueous solutions of sodium silicate are commonly referred to as water glass. Sodium silicate is a colorless, slightly colored transparent or translucent viscous liquid in a system using water as a dispersant. Solid sodium silicate is a colorless, slightly colored transparent or translucent glass mass. The form is divided into liquid, solid, water quenching. In theory, these substances are called "colloids".

    Steel casting

Steel casting is a specialized form of casting involving various types of steel cast to either final/net or near-net shape. Steel castings are used when iron castings cannot deliver enough strength or shock resistance. Examples of items that are steel castings include: hydroelectric turbine wheels, forging presses, gears, railroad truck frames, valve bodies, pump casings, mining machinery, marine equipment, turbocharger turbines and engine cylinder blocks. Steel castings are categorized into two general groups: carbon steels and alloy steels.
