Surely you would just go over the lesson before you teach it. Worst case scenario if you knew nothing about an hour lesson you had to teach then you should still learn it faster than the student as you are more experienced, so maybe 20 - 30 minutes prep on an hour lesson tops?

Being a tutor doesn't seem to hard to me in terms of having the knowledge. Afterall you are the one teaching so you know exactly what it is that you will need to know. Any questions asked by the student which you don't know how to answer, you can write down and bring an answer to the next session.

Well, this is a rather difficult question. But if you know how to solve things like triangle congruence worksheets, and understand this much better than many others, then I think that you can try to rehearse other children and adults. Everything comes with experience, but anyway, to begin with, I would advise you to contact the guys on this site, who will reliably help you.
